| This unusual photo series was taken from a
tram near Eastern Hill Fire Station. I could have decided only
to place the last photo on the site but there is a story and 2 other
images that lead to the final shot.
I was on a route 109 tram on my way to have a look at the
Metropolitan Fire Brigade's Training Academy at Abbotsford. When the
tram pulled up at some traffic lights, I noticed directly opposite
me a Divisional Van then noticed that 2 Police Officers were talking
to a male.
With people in the tram looking on, I grabbed my camera out of
my bag and turned it on and from where I was standing in the tram, I
thought I had a good shot (mainly of the van but the Police in the
shot was a bonus) until the guy in the blue shirt walked into frame
as I pressed the shutter (photo 1). Quickly realizing that the male
in the blue shirt had made it into shot (albeit after taking the
photo), I took photo 2, mainly for the van shot. Then as the tram
was going to move shortly, I moved about a metre to my left and
obtained photo 3 which shows the Police Officers interviewing the
male for an unknown reason and the whole van.
